Static Dungeons & HCE

The top raw-fame methods: fixed high-density mob packs (statics) and instanced Hardcore Expeditions (HCE).

Static Dungeons

  • Permanent dungeons entered via a FIXED blue icon on the world map (loading screen into a separate map), on both the Royal Continent and the Outlands.
  • Designed for ~3–5, soloable at reduced efficiency. The instance is typically one tier above the surrounding map — route-chaining maps are meaningful and exist.
  • Loop: Tank (Incubus Mace) clumps packs → Healer (Holy) sustains → multiple AoE DPS (Blazing / Permafrost / Lightcaller) burst the clump.

HCE (Hardcore Expeditions)

  • Instanced, PURE-PvE, exactly 5 players (1 tank / 1 healer / 3 DPS). Loot-safe (knockdown only). Entered via the Expedition Master using a Map item, Level 1–18.
  • Layout is FIXED — ~10 named maps each with a specific Veteran-tier boss (factions: Undead, Heretic, Keeper, Morgana). Route/chest maps are meaningful.
  • Levels 15–18 effectively require Awakened weapons plus precise pulls and kiting. Tip: two plate chests reads as 'two tanks' and invalidates the queue.

Profit (player estimates)

  • Statics: among the best fame/hour methods — community estimate ~8–10M fame/hour for efficient 8.2/8.3 groups.
  • HCE: still top-tier FAME for premades, but repeated 2024–2025 silver+fame nerfs shrank its silver appeal — 'Chest 18' rewards fell sharply. Worthwhile mainly for fame at L14+.
